As a Registered Consultant (RC) you will be able to deliver next-level PPM Audit and development work, supported by leading global research and tools such as the APMG Maturity Index. This approach ensures consultants can provide proven, cost-effective analysis, precise recommendations and innovative PPM solutions. By accessing the CUPE Consulting Network, Partners can deliver PPM consulting services in any of the established PPM best practices, or develop innovative client solutions. What's more, they can be implemeted in any local language.

An ideal profile to become an APMG P3M Registered Consultant would exhibit practical PPM experience, relevant examination successes: e.g. PRINCE2/MSP/MoP/MoV/P3O /MoR best practices, or Agile or PMP qualifications, self awareness of soft-skill strengths and weaknesses, and evidence of lessons learned from consulting engagements. All APMG Registered Consultant applications must be sponsored by an Accredited Consulting Organisation.

Sponsorship of Registered Consultants: provided you have relevant competencies and practical experience we provide the sponsorship. It’s a complete end to end service for suitable candidates.

Successful  candidates attend a Scheduled Maturity Briefing; then they are awarded the CMC® Qualification and IC Membership. The total charges for CUPE sponsorship, including end to end RC application support is £2500.00 plus VAT; this includes the APMG Assessment fee of £1750.00. Sponsorship fees can be paid 50% on application and 50% within 30 days of the candidates’ RC approval (United Kingdom prices).

Successful candidates are able to undertake PPM assignments and P3M audits, as soon as the application is approved and Audit training attended. The application process would typically be completed over a 4 week period, although RC credentials are not confirmed until after the next APMG Board formally approves it, which may take up to another 2-3 months. CUPE is a member of the APMG ACO Scheme Committee.
