The PMI (Project Management Institute) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) guidance provides universally applicable guidance that will enable you and your organisation to successfully establish and deliver projects. The PMP Training covers 10 knowledge areas and 5 process groups which are all covered during the PMP course as well as the Project Manager Code of Ethics. Practise PMP examination questions are provided as well as advice on the application process.

The PMP certification is for people who have more extensive project management experience and are able to demonstrate a full understanding of the knowledge areas, process groups and how these elements work together. Examination is undertaken at allocated examination centres. PMI requires examination application to be made direct to PMI and hence is not part of the course.

This course is designed for delegates who an extensive project management experience, and are able to demonstrate their full understanding of the knowledge areas.
