Who would benefit?
You should attend if you are involved in projects with a need for a better understanding of the PMI PMBoK or require a formal PMP qualification to reflect your experience. If you’re an experienced project manager looking to solidify your skills, stand out to employers and maximise your earning potential, the PMP certification is the right choice for you. It is recommended that the pre-course study is undertaken. All materials and support are provided.
How long is the course?
The PMP course is designed to be run as a three day very intensive course. There is pre-course studying required to gain the most benefit and delegates should plan to spend time after the PMP course consolidating their studying prior to examination.
What is included?
The course includes pre-course study guide and PMI PMBoK book, tutor e-mail support pre and post course, course materials, practise examination questions and CUPE stationery.
What is needed to apply for exams?
PMI requires a bachelors degree (or global equivalent), at least 4500 hours of project management experience and a minimum of 35 hours of formal project management education to be eligible for the PMP exam. This PMP course will meet the formal education part of this requirement. You must apply directly to PMI for your PMP exam.
