OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course Participants will be able to:
- Understand how a formal method helps to manage a project
- Know when to use PRINCE2™ and when it is not appropriate
- Be familiar with the main elements of PRINCE2™
- Understand the overall Process Model
CONTENT
This one-day course is aimed to answer questions about the benefits of using PRINCE2™. A glossary of PRINCE2™ terms as well as a reference book are provided. It will give participants an overview of many areas including:

- Organisation
- Stages & Controls
- Planning
- Change control

APPROACH
The course combines a mixture of trainer led and practical sessions, delivered by an APM Group approved trainer with practical experience of project management.
