
PRINCE2™ Foundation & Practitioner Combined

DURATION
This is an intensive 5 day course with evening work.
EXAMS
The Foundation exam is one hour multiple choice held on day 3. The course concludes with the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Examination being sat. This is a three hour open book examination, which is in the format of objective testing. This is a sophisticated multiple choice style, based on a case study.
PRE-REQUISITES
20 Hours pre-course study is recommended. PRINCE2™ manual, study guide, interactive CD and e-support provided.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course Participants will be able to:
- Understand how to plan and organise PRINCE2™ projects
- Use the PRINCE2™ method to ensure quality is delivered
- Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2™ project
- Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
- Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
- Apply the PRINCE2™ method to appropriately to projects
- Take the PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner examinations

APPROACH
A combination of trainer led and practical group working, delivered by an APMG approved trainer. All materials are accredited by APMG.
