- Pass Foundation Exam
CONTENT
This three day course is designed to maximise examination success whilst developing participants understanding of the method to be able to apply in their work. It consists of the following major areas:
- Introduction to Project Management
- All PRINCE2™ Processes from Start up to Closing a Project
- Organisation
- Business Case
- Planning
- Controls
- Risk management
- Quality
- Change control and configuration management
APPROACH
A combination of trainer led and practical group working, delivered by an APMG approved trainer. All materials are accredited by APMG.
DURATION
This is an intensive 3 day course with evening work.
EXAMS
The Foundation exam is one hour multiple choice.

20 Hours pre-course study. PRINCE2™ manual, study guide, interactive CD and e-support provided.
