OVERVIEW:

This three day course has been designed to provide a complete understanding of the PMI approach to project management.  Participants will be prepared for the PMP examination, which can be taken at a later date.  This course covers the entire PMP syllabus.

The Project Management Professional (PMP) examination is the certification programme sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is based upon the PMI’s Body of Knowledge (BoK).  This programme leads to an internationally recognized qualification.
