WHO:
Attendance on this course does not require any prior knowledge or experience of project management.  The qualification is designed for anyone looking to start a successful career in project environment and for those wanting to understand the principles of project management excellence.  Depending on the culture within their organisation  delegates may choose to take this qualification before or after the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification.


DURATION & EXAMS:
2 Day - Introductory Certificate in Project Management - 1 hour, 60 question, multiple choice paper taken at the end of the second day.

COURSE OVERVIEW:
The Introductory Certificate in Project Management is a basic level qualification from the Association for Project Management (APM).  This two day course is designed to prepare attendees for the examination which will be held at the end of day two.

Successful candidates will have shown good understanding of the basic tools, techniques and principles of project management through the one hour multiple choice based examination.  Holders of the certificate will have demonstrated that they understand the project environment and how to work with project managers in all types of organisations..
