WHO:
Programme Managers, Project Board Members, Project Managers, Team Managers and Support Office Managers who need to deliver projects by inspiring others.

PRE-REQUISITES:
It is beneficial if individuals have experience of working in a project team or support office. An understanding of PRINCE2® is needed. The book, "People Issues and PRINCE2®" is provided as pre-course study materials.
CERTIFICATION:
A CUPE certification of achievement is provided. CUPE is an Accredited Project Management Training & Consulting Organization.
OBJECTIVES:
By the end of this course Participants will understand the requirements which must be in place to deliver effective project leadership. Including:
- Leadership throughout the PRINCE2® project lifecycle.
- Recognise their own strengths and weaknesses as Project Leaders.
- Understand how motivational factors impact on project teams.
- Build a more successful project team utilising personality profiles and cultural understanding to reduce conflict and improve performance.
- Plan their personal Project Leadership development.
COURSE CONTENT:
This three day course is based on the latest research in project leadership combined with practical exercises, insights and observations from leading project teams in a complex environment. It combines ten modules in Project Leadership focused on the Individual, Team and Organization.
