OVERVIEW:
This course / workshop is designed to assure portfolios, programmes and projects are complying with DPWN best practise and processes. The course is based on the P3M3 standard and the COBIT principles, domains, controls and maturity attributes in the model.

APPROACH:
This two / three day course is designed to maximize understanding of how to use the model to provide benefit to the portfolios, programmes or projects which are audited or assured. It utilises case study information to apply the model and understand the outcomes. Although there is theoretical input, emphasis is on the practical work with a case study covering the three levels of Portfolio, Programme and Project.
