1. Is there a Project Mandate or have Objectives been agreed?
2. Has the Project Management team, inc. Executive, Project Manager and Project Board been identified?
3. Is the Project Brief completed and approved?
Project Initiation
4. What techniques and supplier standards will be used to meet customer Quality expectations?
5. Has a high level Project plan inc. management stages, products, product descriptions, finance and activities been completed?
6. Have the Business Benefits been quantified; risk log established and risks analysed?
7. Have tolerances been set: highlight checkpoint reports used; risks and benefits regularly reviewed and a system for change control established?
8. Is project support available and are Project files including Project, Stage, Quality and Specialist files established?
9. Has the Project Initiation Document been produced to PRINCE2™ standards, approved/baselined?
10. Do stage plans have detailed product descriptions activities scheduled and procedures in place to implement Quality Review?
Training
11. Have all the Project Team, including Board members, received training in their specific roles?
12. Is the project team familiar with PRINCE2™ and the Project Executive and Project Manager qualified to PRINCE2™ Practitioner level?
Communication
13. Are all the project roles and responsibilities circulated to all members of the project team?
14. Are all Project Issues routed to the Project Manager to be logged, examined and escalated if needed, to the Project Board?
15. Has the Project Board established Project Assurance roles to ensure project management standards are audited?
